Full Journal pdf1995-05-07 House Journal Page 1957 SB 28 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the May 6, 1995, calendar (page 1923), was read the third time: CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 28(FIN)(title am) "An Act requiring emissions inspection upon certain transfers of motor vehicle ownership; relating to fees for registration not conducted at a motor vehicle emissions inspections station and fees for motor vehicle emissions control programs; limiting motor vehicle emissions inspection to not more than once every two years and imposing a penalty for operating a motor vehicle in violation of emissions requirements; and providing for an effective date." The question being: "Shall CSSB28(FIN)(title am) pass the House?" Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSSB28(FIN)(title am) was signed by the Speaker and Chief Clerk and returned to the Senate.
